Return/Refund Policy
We will process your return on the same day we receive your item/s, once it has been processed we will send you confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process your refund.
If you wish to return a product please ensure the items are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted, and follow this process:
- Repackage the item in the original packaging.
- Send us an email to our official email address, specifying the product/list of products which will be returned back and the motivation because you are requesting this action.
- You will receive back an email address where you will be able to see the detailed instructions to send us the returning package.
FAQs about returning process
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM? You have 14 days to return an item from date of receipt back to us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM? If you receive an item that is faulty then send it back to us within 14 days and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM? If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and size in stock.
THE IMAGE LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED. All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colors and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product.
Exchanges
Please contact us via email or messenger so we can send you a return label to return and exchange your item. Repack the item with all tags attached. Complete the Returns form that you received with your order, and pop it inside your package.
